Trouble Logging In?

If you are having problems logging in, try one of the following: 

 

If you have entered the wrong email address or password combination a message will appear at at the top of the page saying "Sorry, your username or password seems to be incorrect. Please try again."

 

Passwords are case sensitive, please make sure caps lock is turned off. If you are having trouble remembering your password enter your email address here and we'll send you a new one. 

 

When you first registered with SMWH we sent you an email asking you to enable your account, some email clients and accounts may mark these as junk or spam. To ensure SMWH emails and alerts arrive, we recommend that you add smwhsmwh [dot] co [dot] nz to your address book. This will let your email program know that you trust emails from us.

 

If your browser doesn't have cookies enabled you will be unable to login.
